Johnson through IR FAST
TRACK, depending on the
brands that you carry.
Guarantee:
All
IR FAST TRACK orders will
ship on time, guaranteed.
If your order is not shipped
on time, Ingersoll Rand will pay 100%
of the freight costs.

 24-Hour
IR FAST TRACK
All 24-Hour IR FAST TRACK
orders received prior
to 3:00 p.m. EST (excluding
weekends and holidays)
are guaranteed to ship
the next business day.
Orders must clearly indicate
24-Hour or they will default
to the standard 5-Day
option. An upcharge to
your standard buying program
will be included on all
IR FAST TRACK orders.
No changes or cancellations
will be accepted on the
24-Hour IR FAST TRACK
Program. Quotes are not
accepted on 24-hour program
orders.

5-Day
IR FAST TRACK
All IR FAST TRACK orders
will automatically default
to 5 days unless specified
as 24-Hour. Orders received
prior to 3:00 p.m. EST (excluding
weekends and holidays) are
guaranteed to ship within
5 days of order receipt.
Standard buying program
pricing applies. Quotes
are accepted on 5-day program
orders.
24-Hour and 5-Day orders
MAY NOT be combined on the
same order.
Because of the quick-ship
nature of IR FAST TRACK,
orders may be changed or
cancelled only upon confirmation
that the order has not shipped.
The IR FAST TRACK policy
is a $50 minimum charge,
but the total charges are
determined based on unrecoverable
manufacturing costs.

Ordering
Guidelines
Changes
or Cancellations
- On 24-Hour Ir FAST TRACK
orders, no changes or cancellations
will be accepted. 5-Day
IR FAST TRACK orders may
be changed or cancelled
only upon confirmation that
the order has not shipped.
The IR FAST TRACK policy
is a $50 minimum charge,
but the total charges are
determined based on unrecoverable
manufacturing costs.
Change
Order Request - All
change order requests must
be in writing, unless an
Ingersoll Rand order entry error occurred.
Freight Policy -
Ingersoll Rand will allow freight on
order shipments of $5,000
net or more. Separate orders
cannot be combined for shipment
to qualify for freight allowed.
Minimum
Order Size - $50
net.
Return
Material Authorization (RMA)
- RMA for products purchased
through IR FAST TRACK must
be processed through IR
FAST TRACK Customer Service.

Key
Setup Information
System
Setup - We suggest
you set up Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies as a new vendor in
your system. IR FAST TRACK
orders are invoiced through
Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies. Establishing
Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies as
a vendor will ensure proper
record keeping and ensures
the payments are made to
Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies and
not the individual brands.
24-Hour
vs. 5-Day Shipments
- When a 24-hour shipment
is required, the order must
be clearly marked 24-HOUR.
Otherwise, the order defaults
to a 5-Day shipment. Emergency
ship methods, such as UPS
Red or FedEx, do not clearly
indicate a 24-hour shipment
is required, because 5-day
shipments also utilize these
ship methods.
Pricing/Discounting
- The 24-hour program has
an up charge. Unless this
up charge is specifically
stated within your buying
program, the up charge is
equal to 10 points more
than your standard buying
program. For example: If
your buying program is equal
to 50/15, then your 24-hour
shipment discount would
be 50/5. The 5-day program
does not carry an up charge,
so those orders will be
priced using your standard
buying program. Quotes are
accepted for 5-day orders
only. Quotes are not accepted
for 24-hour orders.
Rebate
Credit - Products
purchased through IR FAST
TRACK are counted toward
your account's individual
brand sales. For example,
Schlage will track Schlage
and LCN will track LCN products
ordered through IR FAST
TRACK.
Shipments
- You will not receive a
consolidated shipment. Shipments
will originate from the
brand's factory location.
For example: If an IR FAST
TRACK order contains both
LCN and Von Duprin products,
you will receive two shipments.
The LCN product will ship
from Princeton, and the
Von Duprin product will
ship from Indianapolis.
Returns
- IR FAST TRACK returns
must be processed through
IR FAST TRACK Customer Service.
Once authorization is obtained,
the product must be shipped
back to the individual brand's
shipping location. For example:
If you have a return on
an IR FAST TRACK order for
Schlage, you will need to
send the product back to
Schlage after you receive
authorization from your
IR FAST TRACK Customer Service
Rep.
Invoicing - You will
receive one invoice per
shipment. For example, if
an order contains Schlage,
Von Duprin and LCN products,
you will receive three invoices
from IR FAST TRACK, because
you receive three different
shipments. However, the
"Remit to" is the same for
each invoice, so you pay
only Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies,
not each individual brand.
